Probably the most expected or coherent way for me to reappear after more that a decade would be to properly introduce myself.
Instead I want to inaugurate the new beginning of this blog by introducing my mentor whom I discovered via a sponsored Insta-story that changed my life.
She was describing, while teaching in one of her workshops, how most people prefer to live a life that feels like torture and hell in order to maintain their sense of safety, security and comfort. They prefer to live in the hell familiar to them instead of breaking free. Her otherworldly energy and appearance along with her powerful and well constructed speech were more than enough ... she had my attention and since then my appreciation, gratitude and devotion.
Teal Swan is one of the most controversial spiritual teachers I have followed and studied but in my opinion "The real Deal". She is all about truth, authenticity, connection, resistance and integration. Everything she teaches resonates with me, in essence her teachings articulated what I have always believed and felt was going on inside me, the external reality and in the universe at large.
I feel that introducing her as my mentor is pivotal as her teachings constitute the base of my beliefs and affect directly the way I approach Life & Transformation Coaching. My coaching style goes hand in hand with values that require courage, commitment and determination.
I consider myself to be a "Light Caster" and as a Life & Transformation Coach this is one of my foremost goals, to assist in shedding light on every dark, painful and fearful aspect so that the self can heal and transform.
I invoke everyone with courage to transform the self and become the light they want to see in others.
